Beef, Beef and More Beef!!!
The Beef Fest allows, beef producer to experience new value added products that are available to the general public and the opportunity to meet new producers as well as visit with old friends.
2008 menu had out done any past beef fest. Returning from last year, the Flat Iron Steak, Beef Bar BQ, and every kids favorite the Philly Cheese Steak Pizza (developed with checkoff funding). New for this year, Hot Beef Sundaes (you have to taste this dish) and Cheese Steak Sandwiches. The value added sliced beef brisket BBQ and for those looking for a lighter dinner a beef strip salad. Along with these tasty beef dishes we will be serving corn on the cob and a tasty sweet potatoe. To top off every good meal, ice cream and a cherry tart. Two drinks are included with the meal.
