SALE/SHOW RING Sponsor -2 sponsorships
     The Virginia Beef Expo is a three day event hosting the best of Virgina's beef industry and the largest junior beef show in the state.  Your banner will be hung in the sale/show ring area for the full three days. The sponsorship of each ring will be listed in the 13,000 Expo brochures distributed around the state as well as on the Expo's website which typically receives 500 - 750 hits per day in March and April.

CATTLE BARN Sponsor - 4 sponsorships
     Over the three days of the Expo over 500 cattle are housed in the four barns located on the fairgrounds. Sponsors of the individual cattle barns will have their sponsorship barn renamed. Your banner will be hung at the entrance to each barn and the barn will be identified with the sponsor's name in the widely distributed Expo brochure.

BARN PARTY Sponsor - 2 sponsorships ($400 each)
     The traditional Expo Barn Party will return in 2012 on Friday evening. Typically 300+ attend the meal. The sponsor's banner will be hung inside the Barn Party area and the sponsor is invited to set up an exhibit during the Barn Party. The Barn Party will bear the sponsor's names when printed in the Expo brochure.

HOSPITALITY AREA Sponsor - 2 sponsorships
On both Friday and Saturday mornings, two hospitality areas with coffee and donuts are set up. One area is in the barn area with the other area set up in the exhibit hall. Sponsors may provide their banner or signage to be displayed in the hospitality area along with signs of appreciation from the Expo.

YOUTH CATTLE WORKING Sponsor - 1 Sponsorship
     One of the most exciting spectator events during the Beef Expo is the Virginia Youth Cattle Working State Championship held on Saturday. Typically ten teams compete in the contest which is serves as an excellent beef quality assurance educational activity. Sponsors will have their banners displayed in the cattle working area and may make initial comments before the competition begins.

BEEF COOKING DEMO AREA Sponsor - 1 Sponsorship
     Beef cooking demonstrations will be held on both Friday and Saturday in the Exhibit Hall trade show area. The sponsor's banner will be displayed in the cooking area.

Select Sponsors - $150
     The Beef Expo website has become the place where participants can quickly find details on the Expo. The website typically receives 500 - 750 "hits" a day during March and April. Sponsors may place their banner ad on the website for one year. No banners except the major Expo sponsor's banner will be placed on the home page, but sponsors have their choice of other pages.
